“How do you take care of timesheets, billable expenses and invoicing?”

You complete your timesheet at the end of each billing period (monthly or weekly) & forward by email to our administration team. When submitting timesheets, all billable expenses can be submitted on the appropriate forms

An invoice is then issued for time and billable expenses to your agency or directly to your end client.

“As a UK resident, what support will I get from Sanzar if I'm investigated by HMRC?”

Sanzar Solutions has spent a huge amount of time & money ensuring that we have received the very best legal and tax advice available. Sanzar Solutions's payment method is underpinned by firm legal precedents set in the UK courts. Sanzar Solutions operates fully within UK & IOM Law and therefore presents no additional risk of HM Revenue & Customs being able to challenge us.

Should you be investigated as a direct result of being in the employ of Sanzar Solutions, we would indeed support you throughout. If the investigation led to court action, we would continue to support you.

As Sanzar Solutions has been set up with the utmost care and due diligence, particularly in relation to HMRC and IOM Tax regulations, we have complete confidence in the veracity of our business model.

On that basis, Sanzar Solutions will support any of our employees who may be investigated with regard to any connection with Sanzar Solutions. This support does not relate to any previous investigations any employee might have pending or ongoing prior to joining Sanzar Solutions. This support will include:

  1. Appropriate legal representation at no cost to the employee
  2. Full cooperation with HMRC in providing relevant information
  3. Full ongoing support from Sanzar Solutions, in the form of work pertaining to said investigation, being carried out by Sanzar Solutions

“What if I'm investigated by HMRC after leaving Sanzar?”

The support described above extends even if an employee decides to leave Sanzar Solutions.
